Twins! Harrison & Grayson

I had the pleasure of photographing another set of gorgeous Twin boys earlier this week. Harrison & Grayson were all of 8 weeks old when they "posed" for their first photo shoot. Luckily, their Grandad and Grandma were visiting so they came along too!
Once the boys had got used to the flashing lights (which Harrison did not like initially) they settled in nicely. As always, it is never an exact science when photographing babies but these two boys did themselves proud and we got some great shots and hopefully some wonderful family memories.

The Castell Family

It is always so special to see and photograph a family grow. Since I last saw the Castell's (almost 2 years ago) they have had another gorgeous little boy. It was an action packed family shoot as one would expect with a toddler and a super-fast crawler! The promise of ice cream, and biscuits seemed to work with William and we managed to get him to co-operate for most of the shoot. As for little James, he seemed to love the attention and appeared to enjoy his first photo shoot!
Here are some photos from their session...

Two's Company!

I was so excited about this shoot with little James and Sebastian as I have never had the opportunity to photograph such young twins! I have dreamed about those cute little mirror images of sleeping newborns....except these two decided to stay awake and enjoy the full photo shoot experience!!
As they say, you have to go with the flow and that is exactly what we did.
So I didnt get the sleeping newborns I though I would get, but instead got some unique images which show that although these two little boys are twins they are so different already!
It was so gorgeous to see how content they were when they were lying together (well, if you discount the fact that when they werent trying to figure out what their arms and legs were supposed to be doing, they were trying to eat each other!).
Thank you Mark & Nics for having such gorgeous babies and bringing them for their first shoot. Double trouble...more than likely!!

The Wall Family

What a fun-filled shoot! It is always a challenge photographing young children especially ones with such an age range but Ashleigh, Kirsty and Joshie were fantastic! The biggest challenge was getting some natural smiles before Joshie began to move! Thanks to Michelle and Phil for their patience and the kids for their energy.
Here are some photos from their shoot...
